I know teachers are adjusting to taking on a whole new perspective of teaching but it seems wrong or I guess, irresponsible to be enabling social media at a young age, kids are glued to phones now and if I was a parent I’d be questioning it I just fear for future generations because social media is already ruining us now

19. there are plenty of teachers on YouTube as well (which also has a phone app, btw) – Nick Zentner of Central Washington University did geology related live streams from St Patrick's day 2020 all the way thru to the Christmas Holidays, with a short summer break (and even then he was posting stuff) and he is currently live streaming his Geology 101 lectures 4 days a week. Everyone is welcome to come watch and learn!
    Nick has followers from all over the world, from his home state of WA to FL, the UK, Africa, Australia, South America, Japan.. seriously, all over the world! Why?? Because he is one of those rare ones that is engaging, makes you WANT to know more.
    If you are a rock hound, or even remotely interested in the history of our planet, you would enjoy Nick's lectures.. he makes learning FUN! and He makes it easy to understand with props, funny stories, and just being human.
