this guy was 18 years old. Brought a gun to use against somebody trying to engage Him in a one on one fist fight. The fist fight took place in a classroom full of other students and a teacher. He was hit a couple of times by an unarmed 15 year old. From what I hear the teacher literally broke up the fight And at some point during all of that he retrieves a firearm and shoots eight rounds hitting four different people. How on earth is that considered aggravated assault? How on earth could anyone Think that they are in danger of great bodily harm or death when they are being attacked by An unarmed 15-year-old in a classroom full of other people and a teacher that literally was breaking up the fight? that fight was nothing out of the ordinary. I know for a fact that many of you have witnessed fights just like that or worse in school. That was an every day schoolyard fight. Nothing especially alarming about it. if society sympathizes with the use of deadly force against an unarmed classmate punching another in the face a few times, then it will literally be responsible for the title wave of people to act in a similar fashion who will have reason to assume they are justified in shooting somebody that punches them in the face. it is shocking and insulting to the Young man laying up in an ICU and the three other people that barely escaped with their life for this 18-year-old to be out walking the streets literally days after shooting up a classroom because he was punched in the face. His victims wounds probably didn’t even have enough time to develop mature scabs and he is out walking the streets.
