  1. This made me Sick to my stomach, they know that he did not kill Riley, and were hell bent on securing a conviction because they had no leads. Instead of doing their job and finding the sick bastard that hurt that poor baby, they hunted the father who did nothing but LOVE that sweet baby. It’s sad but this happens more often than not, I am glad that the truth came out, I hope they sued those horrible cops. They had one job to do and that was to find the culprit instead they continued to cut the never ending wound on this innocent families hearts over and over again. I can’t fathom the guilt Kevin felt because he did what a good father would do and picked his children up after a night out vs waiting until the morning, it’s a feeling he will never get over, on top of his baby girl never coming back and then having to deal with these clowns taunting him smh. Watching that horrible child psych and her back door tactics that only upset that baby boy. Smh I hope everyone involved in this witch-hunt was held responsible of pain that this family will endure for a lifetime.

  27. No matter guilty or innocent–ask for a LAWYER!!!!! Police cannot keep interrogating you if you ask for a lawyer. If they refuse, keep asking for a lawyer. Its harder to fix things later.

  33. I really don’t understand how it’s legal to do this. This is why people should know their rights. Did they even read him his rights? This is crazy. How do you not record an entire interrogation? He didn’t kill that little girl. We all know he didn’t. 14 hours is a long long time. Let this be known… after 4 hours they can’t hold you. So they either have to book you or let you go. Don’t ever say you did it.
