The story about the head of FEMA in Politico is nonsense. Many in government are authorized to go home in their government vehicles IF they can be required to return in a moments notice. The issue would be if he used the vehicle for personal business once he was home. Government employees are usually required to keep the vehicle at their house when not being used for government business in those situations.
Talk about alien disclosure.
