    Publix grocery stores won't allow you to return things, the manager says because of germs, but you're allowed to drop off your donations at Goodwill?!?! Those poor Goodwill workers taking donations have to touch and separate all those things,but a grocery store can't take items back!
    You can sit in a restaurant but ten feet away???
    what's that going to do ?

29. The economy should only be restarted when we all have PPE that is effective in preventing COVID 19 infection in both the user and the public if the wearer becomes infected and is asymptomatic. The masks should also prevent increasing infection in the wearer by utilizing an exhaust valve while preventing infection of others with a secondary exhaust filter. We could use gloves soaked in persistent disinfectant so we don't transfer virus by touch.
