America has turned into one of the most hypocritical countries in the world. The law must be followed to a tee in the Cosby case, it's the rule of law in this country and what we're about; however we have a president who sits in office, and is above the law. We will now have a Supreme Court Justice who thinks the sitting president can't be indicted or investigated, and yet this same judge is an accused sex offender. This Republican Judiciary, on their own, with no thought who opposes it, are pushing the nomination through without an investigation, and the corruption along with the list goes on and on. Yeah, the Cosby case must be followed to a tee. Not getting the hypocrisy. Just for the record, I'm not defending Cosby, he did what he did, but why isn't the president of the United States held to the same standards, and a soon to be Supreme Court Justice, and the Senators who, btw, are supposed to be representing the American people, why are they not held to the same standards? This country is one hell of a mess, and people don't seem to care.

As a small business owner who hires College students over the Summer and hearing about females filing 36 year old sexual harassment complaints, I have decided not to hire College females. I am not worried about me personally, since I am over 70's years old, but I don't need lawsuits against my business. I refuse to make this (Cosby) a racial thing. So sick of everything being white, black, brown, yellow, type issues. It is a human issue – not a color issue. What I would like to know is why in God’s great earth it is taking ppl 10/20+ years to come forward & confront. He's looking good. Sad that it took this long to come out with it. I think now that everyone is aware that this type of behaviors happens there must be some time limits on any new cases. This is the only thing I know the amendments and time limits don't apply to. You can use it to smear anybody you want to. Politics, divorces, anger issues at someone, jealousy, confusion, blackmail, so forth and so on.
