  1. Yep I'm a Grown ass Man Balling my eyes Out 🤷‍♂️ Watching these 2 Beautiful people Comfort each Other 💯🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿✌🏻

  2. This makes me realize just how lucky most of us are. This is horrific and absolutely mind blowing. Makes you wonder just how many other children are living in situations similar to this. It’s just heart breaking. Wishing these children and young adults so much happiness, love and good things to come!!

  3. God Bless them and help them heal and understand that God is love and he’s not the mean God they were told, I know n can relate

  4. I’m just curious what happened to the home? It should be fully cleaned up & the proceeds should be given to the children. I doubt any of them wants to live there.

  5. The dispatch, the responding officer are heros. They were dealing with a 17 year old with the social skills of a 5 year old. It's amazing just crazy story

  6. too bad the county kept the $600k that people donated and most of the kids got sent to abusing foster parents and now live in the ghetto this story has a horrible ending just so y'all know… smh

  7. I've watched the full episode w/Diane Sawyer and the girls. I'am livid. Yes the parents are two screwed up people who did unforgivable things to these children. I don't even know where to begin w/ the state of California! These children were chained, starved, beaten, neglected by their parents. Over $600k was donated by strangers to help these children. THEY DIDN'T GET IT! They were sent to live in the streets & gang riddled neighborhoods. Often being assaulted. Are you f-ING KIDDING ME? California has zero problem giving away OUR money & services to people of color, drug addicts & illegal immigrants while ignoring these children. Americans donated money to help them start a new life. No one knows where it is?! The 28 yr old man/boy asked for a bicycle. He was denied! Decent humans do not behave this way. Please Turpin children, if you see this, PLEASE KNOW THE REST OF AMERICA DOESN'T OPERATE LIKE CALIFORNIA. You escaped your parents, please escape California🙏

  8. For everyone who didn't get to see the full interview for whatever reason, here's a written summary of what was discussed: The interview aired last night and I watched it. Jordan managed to finish high school in only one year. The girls seem to have a really good attitude, but they didn't say anything about the other kids and they've all been screwed over really bad by the state authorities who were supposed to help them, over the past three years. The $600,000 that was raised by the community for them is unaccounted for and ABC had to send an investigative reporter to go try to find answers about what happened to it. No one would say anything. They were also abused even more in foster care. Jordan was placed with a woman who told her that she understood why her parents wanted to chain her up. Jennifer got attacked because she was placed in a crappy apartment in a dangerous neighborhood. The supposed "gaurdian ad lidem" who was supposed to help them integrate into society and control their access to the $600,000, was just some dumb ass shithead woman who worked as a real estate agent on the side and didn't give a crap about the kids. She repeatedly denied Joshua access to money for basic things that he needed when he would call her and have to nerve to tell him to "just Google it," when he would tell her that he needed to learn how to cross a street and how to ride a bus. It was supposed to be her job to personally teach them all how to do that kind of stuff and I bet there are probably tons of caring, dedicated social workers out there who would love to help people like them, but the state of California picked all duds for some reason. They didn't actually interview Josh on camera, but they got statements and a video diary from him. One woman they interviewed, who I think is a social worker who was initially involved, but then not involved later on, was in tears as she was telling all this stuff to the reporter. She said the other social worker placed Jennifer in a neighborhood where she would never place any of her clients and she was absolutely disgusted and horrified at how the Turpins have been dealt with in the past three years. The girls still seem to have a positive attitude, though. Jennifer said she wants to be an author and motivational speaker and they said that Jordan is training to be a restaurant manager and is no longer homeless because she has housing at her college. They reunited with the cop who came that night and the 911 operator sent them here well wishes. Personally, I think it's amazing that they haven't committed suicide because there's only so much evil and suffering one human being can take. I hope everything really will turn out as well for them as the ABC interview made it seem like it still will. They said they'd stay on top of the story, as far as the fraud and everything. Also, the Jaycee Dugard foundation is starting a second fund for them so they can get more money, that hopefully will actually be shared with them this time.

  9. Lord, I am shedding tears! This is horrible and hurts! Both parents need life in prison! God kept these 13 children and will bless them mightily! The Government should put them in a adequate size home and provide for them. Allow them to get an education! I pray if this doesn’t happen, there are wealthy people willing to donate.

  10. All 13 children should have free mental health care for the rest of their lives. It would at least be a tool in helping the situation not repeat. Money doesn't fix what psychological damage has been done.

  11. You all need to watch the whole story , I watched last night , to my horror , these kids are still being abused and neglected by the state off California, in the last 4 yrs since beeing rescued from there parents , they have been raped , starved and put on the streets at the age off 18 with no life skills , a Gofundme page was set up and raised $600.000 , the kids have not been allowed to even access legitimate requests for funds , Let’s do something about this , my heart is broken for these kids 😢😢😢

  12. I watched the whole interview and bawled like a baby. I don't know how they sustained their mental strength but I'm SO happy they did. The Turpin children are not only STRONG but they are survivors of the most inhumane treatment. I wish them continued strength, happiness, peace and love in the days and years ahead. Keep shining your beautiful light on this world and thrive like the angels you are!!!! 🙏💖💖

  13. This whole system needs to be changed. The same exact thing happens to kids every year. Thousands of kids are walking around with the exact same trauma. I'm not saying that their story doesn't deserve to be heard. But why is it normalized that these children go through so much trauma in this system? Children are put into the system because they are abused. They don't want to be there. So why is it so acceptable for them to go through the exact same thing with little-to-no uproar? The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services really needs to be looked into. There are people dying under their care besides being permanently traumatized.

  14. Also, thank god those girls did what they did to get free! I hope they write a book about their story. I would buy it for sure. Such resilience should be celebrated❤️

  15. It was a powerful piece and I want to know how I can help these children since the state of California victimized them again by abandoning them in every way possible! by giving them absolutely no support!

  16. Just watched this 20/20 special, so sad to think our government child protective agencies failed these children miserably. I'm in tears, I was so hoping these precious siblings would find a good foster home together, that was not the outcome. I would have taken ALL of them in and raised them TOGETHER for as long as they needed to be here, forever. I'm sure many other families in the US would have offered the same safe, loving environment to these beautiful children. This story was heartbreaking to say the least.

  17. I used to love Diane Sawyer until I saw her interview from russian orphanage And not only Also about young boys of Kursk who died so early. I'll try to help. Much love to their families.

  18. You mean all of the abused Turpin children were further abused? How disgusting! Bezos, Buffet, Tesla Oprah, Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz etc, couldn't keep these children fed and housed? What a world!
