  1. The last stable peace of the administration General Mattis a MARINE like myself  USMC/SEMPER FI DO or DIE. We're FUCKED later another one bits the dust.

  2. No administration in modern times has had 7 senior posts filled by Temps.
If you think this is a well oiled smooth running administration I have a piece of land I'd like to sell you.

  3. On a day like today where a faithful public servant of 40 years, such as 4 star General James N. Mattis standing alone on principle in the breach of a clear and present danger to our country, from our current President.

In the mind of the league of responsible nation what does the nomination of an individual with no experience nor academic expertise to be the next U.N. Ambassador? Heather Nauert is a former Fox and Friends host with a year or so of experience in the State Department in Public Relations. There is talk of Nauert’s appointment being down grade from a Cabinet Level position to one under the State Department and John Bolton's responsibility. How are our traditional allies experiencing our erratic international movements? Canada, Britain, France, Germany South Korea, Japan, Mexico….Hell, right now Puerto Rico is threatened and treated as a land with little to no regard – even though all people born in Puerto Rico ARE American citizens.

On full display is the honor of General James N. Mattis stepping up to the line of Trump's Ill considered international actions. General Mattis is a patriot of the 1st order in the protection of our concerns and the interests of our Western Alliances. Those other departures were in a manner that none of the twenty some odd administrative positions have not addressed the chaos in our current White House administration.

When did America stumble to the feet of autocrats who meet the world with a fist? When was an open hand over our heart replaced by crossed arms covering our chest and good intentions? Trying to do our best as part of humanity and as citizens of the world is our traditional calling.

This world holds the place all our children will dwell. Do we want our children at war, exposed to lead in their water? Do we want anyone dying on our borders through efforts to immigrate trying to flee the horrors of conflict, drugs, political graft & murder?

They, our children, will not float over the ground walking above the dust that our ancestors were born of. Our food in some form will be grown in that dust, even if grown in an aquaponic's environment. Our hearts are of our aspirations for the advancement of Humanity, all of humanity. We can hold to the good of us (and the best of ourselves) without fear that we will be replaced at the table the World gathers around.

The zero sum gain belief is fear masquerading a deviant pragmatism. We are capable of doing good and not having to undermine others to be successful.

Future generations will know what we did, why it was done and why the world pasting on to them is in the condition it is.

Do not think that our deeds will go unknown. General James N. Mattis knows this and it is why he step forward to the line of true service while all others that have left the Trump White House have stepped backwards and walked sideways out of serving America – unconcerned with the peril of our country and the world.

Citizenship. The idea of citizenship was an idea invested in the duty and a shared bond (like a stock) in their community. Duty at it's best is a love and regard for those around you and people with whom you deal with.

Citizenship is a responsibility that we hold: to ourselves, to each other, to generations past as well as generations yet to come.

What image do we wish to pass on to the people, the young people who will stand on our shoulders? What we do is being seen. Children know us by our actions, just as we know our parents and their parents by what they did.

What would our world be today if our grandparents had of walked away from the rest of the World in World War II? Would we now address conflicts with chemical weapons, biological weapons, genocide? What would be the order of dialogue to address how we live with each other? War and conflict are easily available given neglect and greed.

**(Gen. J.N. Mattis' resignation continued PART 2)** They, our children, will not float over the ground walking above the dust that our ancestors were born of. If we leave Syria precipitously abandoning the Kurds, who have been fighting for an Independent Kurdistan since the fall of The Ottoman Empire in World War I. Their efforts have kept Northern Iraq contested intensely from 1961 – 1991. The "no-fly zone" in Northern Iraq established the De facto Kurdish Autonomous Region. The Kurds were the most effective and organized army. The Kurds are civically continuous and not of the warlord mentality. When ISIS starts taking land to establish their caliphate the Kurds Iraq and US no-fly zone became where the US established the Kurds as allies with the other countries supporting the war on terror. The Kurds fought Saddam Hussein/the Ba'ath and pivoted to fight ISIS. Because the Kurds were battle tested for years & they did not break and run like the Iraqi/Ba'athist.

The Kurds fought hard with our American troops, both the Kurdish men and women. The Kurds want to establish Kurdistan, a country of their own. Like so many other people the Kurds have concluded they need a country or region of their own.

The Turks hate Kurds. The ones in Turkey's Eastern end of the country are right across the border from the Kurdish Autonomous Region in Iraq. And the Turks hate those Kurds too. Partly because the Turks believe the Kurds in Turkey will take the land they are on and have been on going back generations. The Turks have been rotten to a lot of people. Not the least of which are the Kurds right after Armenians who the Turks felt genocide was a good solution.

The Kurds also have oil reserves so they have the resources to build up their infrastructure, civil society, and their required armaments while establishing the civilian region along with the Turkish Kurds should they like to be a part of Kurdistan.

The Kurds are not grounded in the cultural personae non-grata designation women's laws are drawn from in many cultures in their region. There is full participation in their society. I believe that is because of the fight they have had for decades and decades with them at a numeric disadvantage. Kurds have had an all hands on deck mentality. That simple survival necessity made the men honor the intelligence, fight and tenacity in their women with respect and a human regard for their female counterparts.

So, if we leave Syria with no plan how to establish the needs of the Kurds they will be left with a fight on at least two fronts. One with the Turks, another with the Syrians & Russian. There are always people willing to fight for mineral resources and oil.

Future generations will know what we did, why it was done and why the world we are pasting on to them is in the condition it is.

  4. No point in keep Troops over seas fighting endless wars that’ll just keep getting them killed, our “Allies” and other countries governments needa step tf up and take care of they own shit

  5. On this matter, I'm with Trump. Get the US out of endless wars. The neo-cons want us to continue fighting overseas. More money for defense contractors.

  6. To the military, please make sur you have the Nation’s nuclear codes. Listen to what Mattis have to say. Pentagon don’t rat on Mattis, listen to his recommendations. We don’t feel safe with a sixth grader idiot having the nuclear codes.

  7. ABC fake news FOX News wiped the floor with CNN and MSNBC in October, beating the combined ratings of the two networks in prime-time, and delivering wall-to-wall wins across all key dayparts. Fox News also saw its ratings climb in October from the same month a year ago–as its competition, with few exceptions, saw significant viewership drops.

  8. Better send this little boy donald trump to syria…and even send his kids with him lets see if donald trump stupidity ang lies are worth to gumble for..

  9. If Trump sends troops to Syria he’s a bad guy and if he withdraws troops (something democratics have been crying about for years) he’s a bad guy. Jesus your bias is ridiculous, he withdraw the troops that’s a fucking good thing morons. ISIS is basically dead just stfu and stop crying over fake news ABC and CNN spit out on the daily.
