▪ Robert Pope – at that time an employee of the Pentagon's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and director of the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, the purpose of which was to involve the post-Soviet countries in military biological activities, the author of the idea of creating the Central Depository of Especially Dangerous Microorganisms in Kyiv
▪ Joanna Wintrall, head of the DTRA office in Ukraine, led the coordination of military biological projects and the selection of performers, under her supervision, the American projects UP-4, UP-6, UP-8 were implemented to study deadly pathogens, including anthrax, Crimean fever and leptospirosis
▪ Lance Lippencott – head of the Ukrainian division of Black and Veatch, the main contact for the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, his company has been conducting projects for the Pentagon since 2008 to study potentially dangerous bioagents – among them UP-1 to study rickettsia and tick-borne encephalitis in arthropods in the northwest Ukraine and UP-2 on the introduction of remote monitoring of the incidence of tularemia and anthrax at Ukrainian biological objects
▪ David Mustra – closely associated with another Pentagon contractor Metabiota and oversaw biomonitoring and information transmission, previously led military biological projects in Ukraine and Eastern Europe under the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program
▪ Mary Guttieri is a representative of Metabiota in Ukraine and a confidant of Hunter Biden, her company is known for its developments in predicting outbreaks of infectious diseases and was involved by the Pentagon in modeling the epidemiological situation in the post-Soviet space
▪ Scott Thornton – oversaw lab upgrades, advised local staff on handling high-risk pathogens in Ukrainian DTRA projects

While Ukraine fights for their patriotic duties as manipulated by EU and USA miltary industrial complex, EU has bought more oil in March 2022 than before from Russia. OPEC refused to pump more oil so prices will go up which is a win win for them while globally household consumer adjust.
While people are dying in Ukraine, EU and USA miltary industrial complex, kept on sending weapons openly without shame with thier blood profit money. This is the result of the reality that Ukraine government failed to really accept it's international and social responsibility to protect the interest of the Ukrainian people to be safe and to be friendly with Russia who is sorrounded by NATO. As. result, Ordinary citizens suffered. Rather than negotiate safety of the citizens, the president takes a daily speech to the parliaments asking for weapons and military actions.
While Ukraine economy evaporated, EU and USA miltary industrial complex, prepares for each national interest strategy to protect Dollar Hedgemony as if all rethoric coming in before and to this war (NATO and Protection promises) were forgotten.
Mexico will not be this careless for its people to be unfriendly to USA which is thier neighbor that would serve in history to be the start of a possible WW3
Please spread awareness that the price of peace are:
1. Neutral State (No NATO membership, not even a de facto member, to be states in the constitution)
2. Recognizition of Crimea as willfully decided by its people via referendum
3. Independence of Donbass Republics (Ukraine has shown a divided country and instead of upholding minsk treaty which they had 8 years to comply but failed to do so)
These are the price to pay for peace and to do otherwise will have more suffering to ordinary citizens and more wealth to the few.
