30. this fire is nothing compared to the last one. the fire is blocked by a mountain. if the winds pick up again and go in our direction it will climb up and come on our side. the thing our area doesn't understand is that WHY our area was put under mandatory evacuation. the last time i checked the mandatory evacuation in our area is still in effect. has been since 6:30am. not many people left. we didn't. i don't have a choice, but im glad. dad was not happy last time and dad not happy is everyone not happy. we also have 3 cats and 2 big dogs.
