  1. I want a liberal to defend the idea that an 18 year old man (Trans girl) walk into the girls locker room to dress down for track practice with his C%#k hanging out in front of under age biological girls.
    I'll wait.

  2. Tough case, he has to prove that gender-based discrimination actually took place. Defendant can easily refer to the results of their psychological evaluation to defend their choice not to hire him

  3. If he is qualified then let him serve. Given the number of morons that seem to occupy many police departments, he couldn't be much worse. I had a buddy who decided to be a cop after he got out of the Army. He's my dude but I seriously questioned the hiring practices of the St. Louis Police Department (he's no longer there). That guy was seriously unstable.

  4. Wow, government overreaching; whatever happened to small government, seems is a thing of the past, Big Brother is watching…sad!.

  5. Discrimination can be an everyday experience for many transgender people and can affect nearly every area of life. The National Transgender Discrimination Survey showed that 26% of trans people lost a job due to bias, 50% were harassed on the job, 20% were evicted or denied housing, and 78% of trans students were harassed or assaulted. And the transphobia that drives the discrimination is exacerbated when the trans person is a person of color and also faces compounding racism. Trans people of color face higher rates of discrimination.

  6. Why do people say, 'straight?' I was born female, I'm heterosexual so am I straight??? That implies others are unstraight? Or crocked? One's gender should have nothing to do with anything. If they can do the job then who cares. If they pass the physiological & other tests required to fill the job needs, who cares. "Nobody is perfect & I'm a perfect example," hence accept people for who they are….not assuming anything from one's self-centered perspective, assumptions. The more 'lines' society draws between people the more divided we become as a nation. Things aren't any different today than decades, centuries, millennia ago. We just have the www to be more open with what has been & is. Science can make the changes for people that they couldn't before. This is not news….it's just gossip via getting attention by some @ the expense of others. We need Hugs….not slugs! HUGS2U
