Why is ABC more or less giving us this news with a pretty obvious bias in their opinion rather than reporting the news and the fact that it is stirring some controversy as expected, the perhaps unexpected part is that even some republicans are not on board…we need our main networks to still report news, not too affiliate with one agenda and one party over another…they don't advertise to be opinion pieces and talk shows like many cable shows…with that u know you're getting opinion,Ithey need to be news…objective…I recognize that he could have began construction and sought further funding as needed,but to me part of the "emergency" that makes this necessary is the unreasonable resistance by democrats mainly and the targeting of not only Trump but anything he might try to do,even if its something democrats want, or would be good for the country,they fight it…cuz they don't want trump to succeed or get credit for anything…which threatens that if he doesn't get full funding to complete the project approved,it may very well never be approved or finished…there is an obvious threat at the border when it becomes organized groups moving across in big numbers and its easy to argue for a crisis there without that I believe…there's that potential emergency that he has the constitutional right to declare…the president has that right apparently and certain executive powers..but certain people just don't want trump to have those powers..he is the president currently tho,so being the president he has certain executive powers,he can declare something an emergency its within his prerogative to do so being the president your disagreeing about the state of emergency does not make it unconstitutional or illegal
