The power of the purse is held by congress — again CONGRESS. Congress has passed a spending bill that funded border security with BILLIONS of dollars based on expert testimony & hard data. The POTUS has absolutely no right to just take my tax dollars and then spend them to keep a campaign promise . Again, boarder security HAS BEEN FUNDED — the President does not have the power to take more tax money because he feels like it.
McConnell should be the one that outrages people. He has stabbed American Democracy in the BACK over, and over, and over again! He brags about his most important achievements — obstructing Obama — not allowing QUALIFIED Supreme Court judges — blocking ANY accountability of Trump. He is the REAL problem. Trump is just a useful idiot — a clown that is shiny & stupid enough to entertain the sheep & cult followers.
