It's clear as this unfolds, that one party, the foreign ambassador, was playing by the rules, and the other party, the president, Guliani and others in the administration, were not only not playing by the rules but had established their own shadow government that excluded Democratic members of Congress and other pertinent government agencies in order to pursue and cover up their personal, self-interest objective to be re-elected in 2020. Yovanonvith's testimony under oath affirms that she was motivated by the best interests of the U.S. and Ukraine. There's no evidence that the president and Giuliani shared that motivation.
