  1. ABC News says Whitaker is a walking conflict of interest because he received donations totaling $1.2 million from conservative groups. Yet, ABC never thought McCabe was conflicted when his wife received $750 thousand from a Clinton confidant. It never thought Orh was conflicted when his wife worked for Fusion GPS and he hid her money from the FBI. It never thought Hillary was conflicted when she received $145 million from Putin for 20% of US uranium. It never thought Rosenstein was conflicted even though he advocated the firing of Comey. It never thought Lynch was conflicted when she met with Clinton on the tarmac and never thought Comey was conflicted when he exonerated Clinton before even interviewing her and a dozen other material witnesses. It never thought Page and Strzok were conflicted even after reading their emails, but suddenly it worried about conflicts of interest now. How curious.

  2. HIGH GEARED MILITARY TROOPS SHOULD BE PREPARED AND READY TO PROTECT AMERICA DEMOCRACY FROM AUTOCRATIC TRUMP – BEFORE HE DESTABILIZE AMERICA!

  3. Democrats cry way to fucking much, come on Democrats start civil war already so we can go back to the life should be not you Democrats trying to bring on slavery

  4. What kind of competent executive hires someone . . . for such an important position . . . without knowing who they are and what their background is?

It's no secret that Trump has wanted Jeff Sessions out of the job FOR ALMOST A YEAR . . . if not more. It is an insult to the intelligence of the American people for him to suggest to us that he has not thought long (pun intended) and hard about who to replace Sessions with and what characteristics he wants in that person.

Either Trump is completely incompetent as a leader and an executive . . . which he is . . . or he knew everything about Whitaker including his preordained plan to shut down the Mueller investigation. Take your pick.

But either way now that this information has been revealed, corrective actions need to occur and Whitaker should be removed.

  5. How long is this person going to continue to get away with all of this things. A regular citizen would have been locked away in Alcatraz or guantanamo. People had been put away for less.

  6. If Derschowitz had read a few paragraphs more he would know that THE VACANCIES ACT allows the President to appoint a replacement normally requiring a vote . Whitman qualifies under the statute and can be temporary AG for 210 days and iif need be the President can lengthen it to an additional 210 days until he gets a permanent AG approved
He can take his time and there is not a darn thing anyone can say..

  7. Yesterday Whittaker was AG, now he is interim, temporary AG. Whittaker is a White House plant. Put there as a reward, and a way to see Mullers work.

  8. He isn't facing a "legal challenge" … he's facing more Democrat obstruction. Remember, this is the party that says any Republican is guilty without evidence, witnesses or a trial.

  9. The attorney general is a part of the executive branch as is the president . The president is in charge of the executive branch and the legislature branch has no authority to appoint the attorney general. Whittaker will be confirmed by the senate and mueller will be investigated and tried under military tribunals

  10. lol the democrats and mainstream media were calling session a racist before he was confirmed HYPOCRITE
they are running scared because all will be exposed get ready for indictment
    check mate
