  1. Coming from a Vietnam vet was a Security Specialist USAF this is a public warning to America the Biden administration has allowed all these illegals into our Nation from other Communist Countries to do away with We The People of America this is why the Biden administration as labeled We The People of America to be Domestic Terrorist this is to replace We The People for their new form of Government at the Cost of We The People.

  2. The rich are buying many houses and they sit empty.
And if the rich rent them, aren’t the rich getting richer off the backs of poor working SLAVES? How is this legal??

  3. Really?? You think there’s a housing shortage crisis??
“They” are building “housing units” of various sorts today, probably 599, maybe 2,000 here and there …
when WE NEED at least 30-50 MILLION! Maybe more!
Because from 1850 to 1950, about 50 million people immigrated to USA where
there were NO “housing units”! And they still aren’t building many in 2021!
The USA population in 1900 was 76,212,168, and now it’s over 300,000,000.
In 1880 there were 5.5 million immigrants
    1890 4 million immigrants

From 1880 to 1890 (10 years) the population went from 23,000,000 to 62,000,000!
So when do you think we should have started building only 50-story Tower cities
    connected to maglev Trains (worldwide)?
And when should we have ended the capitalist WAGE SYSTEM so everyone could have “afforded” to LIVE in one Tower forever??? Without fear of being forced to live outside of the beautiful ROOMY SPACIOUS SAFE TOWER cities?? Like, if they got too SICK to ever work again?? Everyone has always had their hands tied behind their backs, so no one could do anything right! We still do! And they are building housing units for a few thousand here and there. Hey capitalists, what and who are causing world poverty??

  4. Three million illegal immigrants cross the southern border this year, you dont think those people are taking away housing from actual American citizen? Let that sink in, not to mentioned that illegals get 100% more benefits coming from the Biden administration than actual American citizen.

  5. With the eviction moratorium ending in October there will be even more people looking for a home. Those people are in a worse spot because they are way behind on their rent and most do not have jobs. Additionally banks will soon resume the foreclosure process, however homeowners are in a much better position to sell due to the rising property values. By the end of the year the housing market could become significantly better or significantly worse. I'm leaning towards the latter.

  6. One minute 34 seconds in no way tells the true story. The US is now in a housing crisis in the sense that home prices and rents are going parabolic. I suspect You Tube is censoring this story in a very big way.

  7. People moved from Democrat run city/states like LA, San Francisco, New York and Washington DC for Republican run city’s Phoenix, Austin, Tampa Bay, Cape Coral and Miami. Remember this next time you vote.

  8. Imagine being single trying to buy a house right now. Impossible! and now my rent is going up $400/month. Country has failed us all!!! Our government once wanted us to buy a house to build wealth/equity but now days they only care about apartments/condos which only make someone else richer and keeps civilians working like sheep. Biden… COME ON MAN do something!!!

  9. America is the "Only" industrialized country on earth, and the richest one, where it's normal thing for citizens to walk in the streets watching numerous of their fellow citizens living in the streets and act like everything is normal.

  10. Building costs are increased. That’s part of the housing market situation. ;In southern Colorado where I live, many older houses are still vacant. People are buying up older houses are remodeling them. ) That’s the good news out West in rural areas.

  11. These reports are so confusing first they say people are quitting jobs at a record high. Next, they report the price of food and household items are rising faster than ever. Then there's a housing shortage of overpriced houses, I almost forgot the drought looming in the West. It just doesn't make since too many conflicts.

  12. My income is $400K/year, $500K in cash, 810 credit score, yet I had to jump through so many hoops with mortgage lenders and lost many bidding wars for my first house. Very exhausting process, can’t imagine what it’s like for less qualified buyers.

  13. We ended up just buying an RV and a deeded RV lot in Chateau Chaparral in the Colorado Rockies. It’s absolutely beautiful here and we enjoy living debt free. Since we can work remotely we have more time for kayaking and hiking. It was a big change from the home we had but we both love not being stressed by a huge mortgage. More time for fun, less worry. We wouldn’t change our choice.
