The Treasury and State Department identified former Ukraine officials Konstantin Kulyk, Oleksandr Onyshchenko, Andriy Telizhenko and Oleksandr Dubinsky — a current member of the Ukrainian parliament — as part of a "coordinated" effort to spread "unsubstantiated allegations involving a U.S. political candidate."
So far during this hard time and crisis, there is no valuable support for foreigners and international students in Ukraine. They pay equal tax with Ukrainians. I don't understand why they are neglected nor is there any support for them especially struggling International students in Ukraine.

Russia has been invaded frequently, by Central Europe for over the last 500 years.
That is the reason for the word Czar, in Russian. It means, Caesar.
The Orthodox Church of the Eastern Roman Empire, broke away from the Central body of Catholics because of Constantinople, and the Emperor Constantine moving the Capitol City of the Empire to that city in Turkey.
The Roman Catholics and the Orthodox Church went to war many times over issues of faith. The Orthodox branches, claimed the right of Peter, coming from the last Emperor of Rome, the Emperor Constantine.
Russia took over the Central powers of the Church and called their new political leader of their theocracy, Czar.(Cea-zar).
The trouble has been on going between Central Europe and Moscow ever since that time.
Russia found Central Europe pointing their missiles at them, while old George Bush was in office and asked us why are we pointing our missiles at them.
The Bush Family had ties with the NAZI Banking system and the German New World Order(Hitler's code for the Third Reich).
I believe that they were traitors in Washington and, Bush being executed for treason, proved it to me.
Russia is right. Ukraine was Nazi-izing. They can only assume all of NATO, will New World Order again and once again attack Russia. I'm convinced they're correct in assuming that to be true, because history repeats itself.

Ukraine suffers the consequences of offering to be the proxy war between USA NATO and Russia.
After this war, Ukraine will lose all military , civilian infrastructure, the sea port and Russian speaking western region.

All those who support pity Ukraine – hypocrites, when Ukrainian troops killed civilians and their children for 8 years in the territories that separated from it – you didn’t care, but as soon as Russia decided to stop it, after many years of warnings, you suddenly expose it as evil and Ukraine a victim, that's hypocrisy.
