Soldiers raided a house and arrested the whole family including a 10 year old boy. The soldiers were hunting for a 20 year old anti regime university student. But, since they could not find him, they have arrested the entire family of 7, including a 10 year old boy. No, it is not in Ukraine. It is in Burma (Myanmar). The uni student’s name is Nyan Win Htet. In other news, on April 30, the Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF) had raided a police outpost in Kayah (Kareni State), around 12.30 in the night, and captured 8 police officers without firing a shot. After capturing the two patrolling policemen, they had to wake up the rest, to arrest them, as they were all fast asleep. They had surrendered without any resistance. The prisoners were treated well in accordance with the Geneva Convention. In another news, Russia’s biggest truck manufacturer Kamaz is planning to produce military trucks in Burma, to support the military regime’s oppressions to the people. On April 27, a delegation headed by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan, and including Sergey Kogogin—the general director for Kamaz, met with the junta leader and discussed to finalise the plan (Myanmar Now –May 3 2022). As Russian rockets and military trucks are attacking in Ukraine and killing innocent people, so do the Russians armoured vehicles and trucks are used to kill innocent people in Burma. People of Burma fully support the Ukrainian people. May the hero President Zelenskyy and the heroic people of Ukraine defeat the Russian invaders to gain their freedom and democracy! Slava Ukraine!!!
