You can bet many of them were built to substandard specs due to greed and deregulation and it's always the innocent that pay the price…..Such a terrible tragedy and it happened after 1am while people were sleeping…Just terrible….

17. With no security on the pillars it is also easy to break one at a time and eventually the section will fall. However it look as if the entire building structure is haircrack in the bottom section. The entire area has most likely due to proximity of the sea 1315 potential buildings that need serious repair.
    It is sad to see that such large investment really may only have a seven year warranty . After that it is really the owners responsibility to maintain the structure. I can see that most will not agree with this but all buildings must be maintained. Sad that this building had multiple discussions over years and still no one took it serious enough to fix and save the lives.
    The terms don't have money, can't afford it. It will never happen . Leave me alone.
    Sound all to familiar with a lack of professionalism and concern for.

21. It was long ago that this building was predicted to be destroyed due to weathering of the walls from under the waterways. In the future, the apartment must increase the supervision and maintenance of the building
