America can negotiate with Iran in a dream, we will neutralize the sanctions with our own ability and one day the world will say the fall of the United States because of the dollar sanctions on Iran, because it sent the pulse to the whole world that I have the power to impose dollar sanctions and one day the government China, especially China and Russia, are abandoning US printing and will no longer use the dollar.
