The nature of the rules encourage running up the score as sometimes total number of goals is important. I have no issue with that. But the excessive celebration was disgusting. Small people
It was a disgusting lack of professionalism, courtesy, sportsmanship, and a few other words I won't type. Once it was a rout, you continue playing. Nothing wrong with that. But you don't jump for joy, slide on the ground, etc.. after every goal. So you beat a completely out matched team. What do you want, and award for beating a Junior High School team? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting. You do not deserve getting millions of dollars and you certainly will not get my vote or voluntary money for anything.

Of course USA was way to strong. But to be honest a lot of their finishes were quite poor. And be a little sportsmanlike. They celebrated the 10th goal just as hard as the first one.
I actually hope they get totally destroyed in the next round and the other team start celebrating in front of their bench.

this just proves the opposite, in fact. they shouldn't use the goals they scored as a unit to measure how much they should get paid. it's pretty obvious this match was completely unfair; the skill gap between female soccer teams is too big to have a fair gameplay, competitive environment, and ultimately a match that attracts the attention of the audience. this is why you get paid less, because you can't uphold the same audience and the men's football league.
They earned it they should gloat. Unbelievable cry babies criticizing cause they celebrate a BIG win.
