He hops on the vehicle and reaches into the vehicle against protocol because the guy is getting annoyed and thinks he's about to be set up, so the cop pulls his weapon? They don't mention any errors the cop made at all. I wonder if that's something I would do all the time. If I had a good stop with an officer, then another officer decides to go all gung ho, would I try to speed away to safety. I have wondered about that.
