29. We should turn the tables on the teachers and the unions. Don't send your children back to school at all – whether they open up or not. I am no expert and realize many families have both parents working or are single parents who must work. That said why not create homeschooling and child care communities. Hire teachers who want to work to help with teaching and develop the curriculum through parent and teacher working groups. The only reason the system we use is in place is because of stagnant thinking. What is am suggesting is very likely not much different that what the wealthy essentially.are doing with private prep schools and academies. There is no reason that the average community could not do the same – its just a matter of whether there is enough wil to do so. If you care enough just about any obstacle to anything can be overcome
