    (1) Which Country has agreed to Cut down on Coal intake & their Consumption .How do they plan to go about it ?
    (2) By which Year have they agreed to do so eg Germany has agreed by 2038 , India by 2030 .What about other Big Countries ? If any Country does by 2050 then it is unfair to other Countries in that Region & the World also Most Vulnerable Countries too !
