  1. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY ! What are y’all racist people saying now? George deserved a fair trial period & if you think what that cop did was okay then you are probably okay with lynching also.

  2. What about Waters, Harris, Tlaib, Omar, Bush, AOC, and many others who have called for violence, and destruction of property. Assault on law enforcement. Anarchy. They have called for all of these things time after time. While cities were being burnt down. Businesses looted. Court houses burned. Law enforcement killed. This is insurrection! This is criminal. This place's Americans in danger! Disgusting

  3. Come on, watching the trail live. No matter anyone's demons it doesn't justify the elongated arrest. Deep down our family's have secrets

  4. From the minor child all the way up to the Paramedic and everyone in between have been left traumatized Its prevalent in all their testimonies. The paramedic came across as frustrated (rightfully so) because his job is to sustain life and he knew that this could have maybe been prevented if proper medical intervention was administered in a timely fashion. The officers did nothing to prevent death and even worse did almost everything to ensure death . There was no reason AT ALL for those officers to not take measures to save him or at least fucking try. He was in cuffs had no pulse , non reactive to stimuli and not a threat!!! When a officer uses justifiable deadly force on a suspect and once the suspect is down and no longer a threat even life saving measures are taken, right ? It would be ludicrous to just wait and hope EMS gets there soon. So why TF is this case different ?

    D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries

    E. Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma

IV. Viral testing (Minnesota Department of Health, postmortem nasal swab collected 5/26/2020): positive for 2019-nCoV RNA by PCR (see ‘Comments,’ below)

    V. Hemoglobin S quantitation (postmortem femoral blood, HHC Laboratory): 38% (see ‘Comments,’ below)

VI. Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine)

  6. it is easy to be able to conduct perfect critical thinking after the fact, when so much time has gone by, and you have the luxury of stting back, and, evaluating it. Floyd was resisting arrest for well over 15 minutes, before they even put him on the ground, which was at the REQUEST of Floyd. It is far easier to be an armchair quarterback than an actual quarterback. Also, Floyd repeatedly said that he could not breath for over 15 minutes, before he was even cuffed on the ground. Ever hear of the BOY WHO CRIED WOLF? Derek was handling him with kid gloves for many minutes. Chauvin did not kill him. Floyd overdosed on fentanyl. Put the city of Minneapolis on trial, put Maurice Hall on trial, but, do not try to convict Chauvin, simply for DOING HIS JOB, as he was TRAINED to DO.

  7. Jim Crow laws were state and local laws that enforced racial segregation in the Southern United States. These laws were enacted in the late 19th and early 20th centuries by white Southern Democrat-dominated state legislatures to disenfranchise and remove political and economic gains made by black people during the Reconstruction period.. Jim Crow laws were enforced until 1965.

    Notice what defense did there.
First seed planted by defense that this was overdose. He quickly corrected himself with no objection from the prosecutor…why they did not object to this is beyond me.

  9. Jesus….Prosecutor questioning paramedic is like watching paint dry. She seems to struggle a lot with the line of questioning. Asking same question multiple times expecting the same answer he already gave…stuttering….almost feels like she is not well prepared or has no clue what she is talking about. Very awkward. I get that she is trying to get the answers in the most simple form so that jury can understand everything…but still…
And she did not ask mr Smith about the fact that he had to TELL Derek Cuntvin to get off George Floyd…what is going on?!!!!!

After watching this from the first day I have to say that prosecution seems…less capable which is weird considering they have much easier job comparing to the defense.

  10. Gorge Floyd was a criminal trying to pass of a $20 counterfeit bill. He would still be alive if He wasn't breaking the law end of story.

  11. Q: Who's that guy with the red sweatpants and red cap in the passenger seat of FLoyd's vehicle?

    A:Maurice Lester Hall.

Maurice Lester Hall was the drug dealer for George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall sold Floyd the Fentanyl that killed him.

Maurice Lester Hall was shown on film, on the video surveillance camera, exchanging contraband and currency with Floyd, inside of Cup foods, on the day of Floyd's death, prior to the arrest and resulting death of Floyd.

Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of the death of the death of George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE, 2020 MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.195 (b) :Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both. *

Maurice Lester Hall, 42, who was tracked down in Houston, and, shortly after arrested on outstanding warrants and interviewed by Minnesota state investigators, was the man in the car with George Floyd on the day of Floyd's death.

Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official. Hall then fled the state of Minnesota, right after the death of Floyd.

    * MINNESOTA STATUTES 2020

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.

    (a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

    (b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

  12. I'm not prejudice that's all you see in the public are killings. And it's not the white people either. It's time are lives Matter.WHITE LIVES MATTER.

  13. ABC news 📰 is pushing racial propaganda……George Floyd overdosed in custody….if he had of died in the back of the police car 🚓 I’m sure that the police 👮🏻‍♀️ would still be held accountable…..why don’t people realise that mainstream media is lying 🤥

  14. in hospital if you are known to be obese, have high blood presure, and Diabetes which could cause heart attack and kill you, if you suddenly become unwell due to Pneumonia and then die, the reason for death will be Pneumonia even though it is known those other diseases could have contributed to you being unwell. The last thing that kills you is the cause of death. You had those diseases but you still did not die.

  15. Wish they had required testimony from the “made-themselves-legal-crooks” in Congress as well as the murdering participants of the 2008 financial crisis!
THOSE CROOKS were dismissed from their crimes and even got PAID for being crooks.
    Who paid?
    The American tax payers!

  16. Just so you know on scene the higher medical authority before the ambulance arrived was the EMT/FF, she instructed to check pulse they ignored they should have started CPR immediately also some police carry Narcan if that's the case. The Cop screwed up he did CPR in the back of the ambulance as per medical direction. Now why they didn't on scene as per medical direction?

  17. I find it odd that we are witnessing all this but the jury doesn’t hear everything. Feels like a movie to instigate something no matter the outcome. Peace, love, unity to all. Stay objective

  18. Three (3) medical examiners ruled George Floyd's death a HOMICIDE. Fact check it.

The charges include 2nd and 3rd degree unintentional murder as well as 2nd degree manslaughter. Any one of those three can be proven. He failed to render aid per his requirements. He continued restricting his breathing after 27 pleas to stop. He did not roll George into the recovery position as required even when asked by Lane. He did not start chest compressions as required when Keung stated he could not find a pulse. He did not move his knee for over 9 minutes while George was not only handcuffed, but in the prone position which alone restricts breathing (minus three fully grown male adults on his back, torso, and neck).

    It's called homicide.

  19. Photo ops being made inside the ambulance. All looks staged. As does other films and off timing. I believe George died but I also feel there is a lot being staged and manipulated. Witnesses being lead by the prosecuter and all those prep interviews is weird. Ommitting info and line of questioning which the defense brought up later. Statements being firgotten or contradicted by witnesses.

  20. It’s very clear this man that dressed as a cop who’s supposed to be a sign of safety is nothing but a cold blooded killer. His uniform prevented anyone being able to do stop him and save this poor mans life- he didn’t need to be hand cuffed in the first place. Them trying to say his “drug addiction” is what caused his death is a joke!! The whole thing is very hard to watch!!! Why did all 4 cops do nothing- they assisted him in the murder!! Really wish that he could be hand cuffed and let one of George’s relatives do the exact same thing to him!!! Absolutely horrendous!!!
Rip George Floyd, you will change the world- you will never be forgotten.❤️
Lock up this scum bag and throw away the key- CASE CLOSED !!

  21. Itd be nice if they could have chauvin on the floor handcuffed with 3 dudes putting there body weight on him for 9 minutes and see how he likes it.

  22. and his drug dealer friend pleads the 5th ,yet the state only cares about how many pickles do EMT,S eat not the man that was with george that day , the one man with george on may 25 has vanished , its also a drug case ,
