This case like all others are determined on without a reasonable doubt. I think many forget this. This is no clear slam dunk for the state. The news acts like it is. So when,(if it comes as NG)big city's will be in riots. The media is ridiculous and should know better.

22 years on the force I've had about 200 to 300 people just freak out about going into the back seat of my patrol vehicle. They were never violent just freaked out. So I simply call on my radio for back up I let then know I'll need a van. We actually have vehicle for this purpose. Simply I place them on the side walk cuffed and wait. If the perp still won't get in that's when it's time to use all the hours of training we endure and that doesn't include crushing someone for 9 minutes against the pavement.

I disagree with the restraint but, I disagree more with people jumping to conclusions & telling the world what didn’t happen causing billions in destruction & more lives are ruined. His breathing grew worse as the drug took effect, Minneapolis PD previously used the procedure 247 times, never resulting in death, he nearly died weeks ago from the same drug, his neck wasn’t being knelt on the entire time & the bystanders made a bad situation worse, alerting the officers to a potential threat & causing them to shift their attention away from a man waiting for medical care.
Every day the police are verbally abused. If that is a crime why are people not arrested for that? Mr. Nelson do not pass the buck to an innocent person. Those bystanders were expressing the horror that the whole world also saw and probably cursed at their screens.
10 people saw it was wrong. The world watched the videos and saw it was wrong what Chauvin was doing. How can 12 people tell us it was not wrong and set him free? If that happens then I belong in George Floyd 's world now, where it is peaceful and I will never trust any Policeman touching me.

I can’t speak for all people,but I’ve had a few run ins with the inforcers ,they know and use all the torture techniques taught and passed down from midieval times. Example: Sqeezing the cuffs on your wrists,when you ask for some relief they will tell you the cuffs are new and will eventually stretch. Imagine that!
