I honestly think the problem is in these houses infrastructure. The strongest houses in the US are in California and Florida made to stand earthquakes and hurricanes. They are made of concrete completely on the outside and most have tiles unlike most houses on the US which are made of that plastic like shingles material both for outer walls and roof
