1. It is literally illegal to discriminate against them. And they are literally getting almost half of the government's alotted loan forgiveness for farmers even though they account for only 1.3% of farmers. It's now an ADVANTAGE to be a black farmer. Period.

The bill Obama signed into law authorizing compensation for discrimination in farm lending by USDA did not go far enough to ensure equitable compensation in comparison to white farmers. Sounds like business (I mean bullsh%#) as usual.
