So they are keeping it until they get all the evidence against Jamie . Jamie wants to end it so those documents never get shown .

    I think Jamie Spears is hoping the investigation into his conduct while
    he’s been her conservator won’t happen, if he agrees to dissolve the agreement. I don’t believe it’s about saving face, I think it’s that he’s worried about being charged criminally for taking advantage of her financially. I hope she is free to live her life as she sees fit once this is over.

  22. Hes trying to avoid a new conservator appointed so that all the information including legal documentation doesn't go to a new person for scrutiny. Hes trying to keep his abuse of his position from coming to light. His legal filings say he wants the conservatorship dissolved and he wants to be protected from any legal prosecution for any and everything hes done as well as getting that 12th accounting of 2 million dollars settled and approved in his favor. These are just some of the conditions hes putting on either stepping down or dissolving the conservatorship…allegedly.

No ABC the reason they want to wait to end Brittanys conservatorship until after dad is removed is not just vindication it is because her dad’s contact with his lawyers and the things he has done belong to the position of conservator and not to his person.Therefore they can get clear and persuasive evidence of his wrongdoing and still have jurisdiction over him and his actions as conservator under the conservatorship to take further investigative and legal action they would not otherwise be able to do

  33. I'm not sure how it works in CA but in MI guardians cannot set restrictions such as coffee intake and diet. They are still able to do that so long as they can afford it.

  37. Call it what it is, slavery. When she is not considered a person and money is being made off her hard work and continued oppression. This is something America believes in at its core and has practiced since it’s inception. It’s obvious money has been stolen and misappropriated in her name and she has been excluded for her own oversight of finances. “Not her own person” a court ordered way of saying I own you as you make me rich.

  39. I do hope that this turns out well for her, especially with the public knowing about it, but I think Britney's whole conservation case shows how much the court can be corrupted and exploited. The judges who ignored her need to be investigated for corruption. This system has also harmed so many other people that don't have Britney's fame.

  41. Hard to see this as anything other than a publicity stunt. So many aging entertainers create drama in their lives. She needed protection when she was a little girl. That is the real crime here.
