17. As a Texan voter, I can tell you first hand that every democratic leaning neighborhood has a much harder time voting than republican. From all the people I personally know that voted, the average republican time in line to vote was about 10-15 minutes in the 2020 election. The average time for democratic voters was about 3-5 hours. Some waited as long as 8 hours to vote. So you can’t tell me that is a free and fair election when it is clearly favored for republican voters.
