The information withheld is also being withheld pending review from the Bush White house as well as I understand it and a I have watched the hearings almost in full, this report is lacking some facts and omitting testimony. I highly recommend those that have the time to watch the hearings do so.
It should be unconstitutional for any federal government official to be put in office without FULL knowledge of that person being revealed. This includes the president (taxes?). To say that our government is corrupt is putting it mildly.

I thought the news reported that they have released more documents on this choice than any nomination in the past. Are they looking for even more documents because they need to review them or they want to delay and block. I can understand the democrats don't like the choice but at least be honest with what your doing.
