1. There must have been some sort of spill in the kitchen to do cleaning during a dinner rush. And if there is fumes you should treat it like a gas leak and evacuate ASAP.

Scale kleen is used for removing baked on carbon and hardened grease buildup on the out side areas waffles irons , sides of deep fryers , side area of grills like the grill iron area frame work structure ( not grill tops ) . You don't ever add any other chemicals to bleach . You don't add or mix any other cleaner to bleach like pine sol ammonia cleaner , mr clean and in no way is Scale Kleen a floor cleaner . why did anyone hire this worker and not teach them what to do and not do with cleaning products . Scale Kleen alone needs to be used in well ventilated areas because of fumes not in area of working kitchen employees or in dinning areas of customers .

39. there should NEVER be deadly chemicals in places where minimum wage, untrained workers are forced to handle them as part of a daily routine. This is why we need REGULATIONS. Corporations don't care about anything or any human at all. It's all a careful calculations and everything is "added" to the equation of profits, even deaths. As long as the numbers are on their side, the will pay fines, etc.. and keep doing the same over and over again. Same for any industry. Look at what BOEING did for the Max plane for example. The CEO and others knew about the problems for years but the bean counters and lawyers calculated the odds in favor of profit. So what if hundreds of people died.
