NATO has admitted that they will tolerate any kind of war crime, genocide and milions of refugees. There no inhuman attrocity, no massacre terrible enough to make them overcome their fear, spinelessness and utter impotence. This is a spirit of Chamberlain.

There are plenty of Soviet antiaircraft missile systems in the former Warsaw Pact countries that have joined NATO. Ship them to the Ukrainians, and they can make their own no-fly zone.

NATO should not do a no fly zone over Ukraine via manned fighter jets BUT there should be an expansion of the "Ground-up No Fly Zones". The Stingers and other Manpads are very useful at lower altitudes, closer ranges but non-military targets of senseless Russian bombing should protected, cities should be safe zones immune from ground attack, bombing, ballistic and cruise missile destruction!
The West has mobile, high tech, very capable anti-air systems that could be donated and deployed along with a few volunteer technicians, the equivalent if not better than the Russian Pantsir systems left stuck out of fuel and abandoned around Ukraine.
