"Well, I wanted a 100k subscriber plaque and I mean…what was I gonna do….just send people poop in a box?"

This entire story has been inspiring and amazing.

  4. How I wish to tell you the secret behind this sir Ben, but I'm sorry I can't reveal the secrets in public conversation. I live in Nigeria, I'm in Lagos where the….. 🤳💬

  5. Honestly… I originally came for the poop story, but I really want more interesting charity work. That's a niche with much less genuine content for it.

I don't just claim to want it even though I secretly want more poop stories – that's just YouTube's algorithm somehow pegging me as a poop-story guy because I binge-watched 15 videos about Indian tech support scammers.

I've spent a gazillion hours on here listening to in-depth policy interviews, political speeches, and post-colonial history, and YouTube sends me to the poop video instead of the Liberian story. They literally just have a preference for poop, I guess. And I KNOW that the fact that I did actually click on it undermines my case.

The point is, YouTube's algorithms are really not a force for good. Don't listen to them. Give us more stories about how people in post-colonial regions can improve their lives or something like that.

  6. Subscribed. For your honesty, your empathy, your kindness, and your bravery. You deserve way more subs and fame. I’m so happy you survived your channel suicide. You genuinely seem like a truly GOOD human being. Please, do not let us down. Do not ever become what you are trying to destroy. It can get real easy to get caught up in the smoke and mirrors of YouTube’s deceitful ways of making things more appealing, even if they’re not in the best interest of their viewers. The cliff hangers I can handle, it’s just the way you like to end your episodes and it’s not a scam, but a tactic to keep traffic on your channel consistent, I get that. But don’t ever change what you create into something that would make us believe anything but the TRUTH. You will have nothing but the best, most loyal followers if you always remain consistent in what you say and do. That doesn’t mean you can’t do different content now and then, but whatever you do…. DO. NOT. SELL. OUT. Make your millions on YouTube the right way. Patreon is fine but you need to do it in ways that show us our money is being used for the right things, which you seem to be fine at doing lol. Just don’t ever stop being YOU. We don’t need more characters on YouTube… we need more people like YOU.

Ps: Please run for president someday. I think you’d have the only honest campaign ever. 👍🏻

  7. I'm being/have been scammed and it's no laughing matter…they're horrible people with no conscience…it's called a romance scam and you don't have to wait to find them…they find you on fb in a heartbeat second! But good luck with having "fun" with it cuz believe me it's no "fun" when it's happened to you! Maybe you should be serious about it and help the victims rather than the scammers! But then that's just my opinion…

  8. 5 years from now:
all scam traffic is redirected to Ben's foundation where they help scammers earn an honest living
nobody in the world is bothered with scams anymore
immigration due to economic reasons comes to a halt
