  1. When they show him first time at 1:18, the look on his face makes my heart ache. I feel like just hugging him and telling him that everything's fine, you did nothing and everybody loves you.

  2. What i read from the title is 11 year old boy arrested for impregnating his soon-to-be stepmother

Who ever wrote the title needs to be put in county jail

  3. This video should be taken down. This boy was freed for not enough evidence and was exonerated by the Supreme court. He served 7 years for a crime that he did not commit. This video and all others should be brought down.

  4. America is insane… If this boy killed his stepmom execution style, cover it up and went to school like nothing happened he must have been a crime mastermind!

  5. When my kid was about that age, I had a big biking accident and broke a LOT of stuff. I was also a single parent. I got pissed off at my kid one day because he spent all of his time on his console and took it away from him for the afternoon, so he'd go play outside with his friends. He ran at me and tackled my shoulder. I had a floater… A broken clavicle AND shoulder blade, so my shoulder was loose. I passed out and I woke up with the little snot playing his console after plugging it back in. I dealt with it. He was GONE for a month and had to stay in a group home with social services until he cried to come back home and relative freedom. I NEVER saw that little mean glint in his eyes after that. And I REALLY don't know what I would have done if he'd REALLY been like that. But I DID take him to a pedo-psychiatrist for two years. She acted more like a psychologist than a pill doctor, which was the thing that probably made it all better. I've got a sister who's been taking anti-everything pills for decades and she is a CONSTANT wreck, because of those darn meds. SAD people, just keeping the sad in bottles.
Now at 20, he is a very nice, open-minded, and calm individual, that has ZERO bigotry or entitlement in his bones. Just an all-around nice guy.
As SOON as you see the first signs of out-of-control behavior, you ACT!!! It probably saved my kid from becoming an arsehole and eventually getting in a REAL physical confrontation with me, because he felt slighted and didn't like rules. Which would have wrecked the relationship forever.

  6. I'm glad they didn't go ADULT on an 11-year-old with obvious issues. That kind of vengeance nonsense by adults who SHOULD know better always gets me. Even that crazy kid that shot people. His parents are obviously not right in their heads, so the kid might have been influenced in ways that overrode ANY sane mental defenses he had. Going ahead with adult AND terrorist charges is kind of extreme, considering they are charging the parents. It would SEEM that maybe helping the kid get better in his head and punishing the parents that made him that way is the way to go. But America has a mostly black heart when it comes to empathy. or making people endure things you would NOT want to yourself. Kind of when "conservative Christians" say things like "The Bible says that you shall not kill. So because you did, we'll kill you!"…
4.5% of the world population, but 25% of its prison inmates is NOT a random statistic. It displays a society's appetite for extreme punishment. When it's the right kind of culprit. In this instance white, but POOR! Wasn't there a RICH white kid that just got off with raping a minor?
PS: I'm definitely not saying the crime was nice. They ABSOLUTELY deserve punishment for SURE! But I think you have to be LOGICAL with your justice. The USA is really big on extremism, of ALL kinds. Food, Politics, Money, Left, Right, Religion, Racism, etc.. ALWAYS pushed over any sane limits. I wonder how you lasted that long. This civil disintegration was BOUND to happen sooner or later. Too many small groups, each with their own personal rights to abuse, while the rest of society suffers the belly-buttons.
