6. Tim Bass refused giving his DNA to police so why didn't they get a court order? The police got a court order to get Paul's DNA. He is the one that saw Mandy jogging with her dog as he was backing out of his driveway. He also told police about the dark colored truck that was driving on that road. I wonder if Tim had a truck like that. Never heard police ask him when he was arrested. Glad he was caught.
