13. Monk fucked himself over he is going to solitary and will be in max for a long time, his situation was already bleak but at least he had small incriminates of freedom like library and probably gym and walking around, now that's over for many moons.

15. People who work in prisons are just as fucked up as the inmates who are in there. Just look at a prison staff group photo. You run with dogs you get fleas. Sad but true, nobody in there right mind would work in a maximum security prison, fuck health insurance and a retirement plan.
