Yes, the same forced busing in the 70s and 80s that led to white flight and the complete collapse of an entire taxpayer base that destroyed the targeted schools, hollowed out business investments into communities, and was completely avoidable by never pursuing a program that saw a 40% disapproval in the black community. The lack of funding for public services and schools lead to an increased drop out rate, ghettoization, and lead to the crime spike in the 70s and 80s, LBJs war on poverty that destroyed the black family, and later the war on drugs in the 90s that killed tens of thousands.

He created the War on Drugs in the 90's that targeted only Black people on up to now,(Biden's Crime Bill)where he said "We should do every thing to them including hanging".     And as for Harris she was showing out to get the Black female vote,but she didn't bring up Biden's Crime Bill from the 90's because she was a big participate in that law,she was throwing young mothers in jail with out much reason, and she was a big cause of jail over crowding that also targeted those black women's' black sons. And please stop calling her Afro-America woman,the only truth in the statement is that she's a woman,she not Black she a dark skin Asian Indian. They are both horrible no Black person who knows their political history will vote for either of them.
