The lady on the left made a comment that she couldn't be 100% sure of his guilt. The law does not require her to be 100% sure! As a juror, you convict if the person's guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt. These two couldn't even follow simple instructions and allowed a murderer to walk free.
Two DUMB jurors should not have been selected on the jury to begin with. what they said made NO SENSE at all.The evidence did prove his guilt..not only from Sheppard'soriginal confession but from the fake ladies dixon paid off and the phone text records showing their partnership ! Why else would sheppard kill a perfect stranger??

Did anyone think that maybe she hired the guy? Of course she had an alibi where she was but if she was really smart & he was too. Originally she met him through Dixon & knew he would do crimes and then wondered if he would be willing to kill somebody because it looks like she was really wanting to get married and I'll bet you she honestly thought there was going to be a ring in Paris. That might have given me Reasonable Doubt when the sons backed up that their father would have never married her although I don't know if the people in court knew that but they had to have known that she dumped the other guy cuz he didn't marry her

This is how our justice system works. If you as a juror do not believe there is evidence enough to convict then you should stick to what you believe and the fact that he was convicted and then have it overturned by an appeal, really does say something about the evidence and just how strong it really is.
