  1. Yup b.s. resort fees💩 it happen to me in Las Vegas never going back!!! Book the room for $80 a night. After checking out it was $200 plus b.s.💩💩🤪🤦‍♂️!! Hope they win the lawsuit!!

  2. You can't even plan a vacation with a set amount. Nickel & dime you on almost anything. It makes you not to go anywhere anymore. Which I did, my vacations are now spent at home sweet home.🏚😀👍

  3. Yes this Happened to my Church and Myself when we was in ATL at a Prayer conference they said one thing on the phone But when we got at The Marriott they said a whole different thing that’s when They started adding the extra fees on we were staying there for 3 or 4 days and they had put a extra $300 or$400 on to the bill and we all had to come up with it. We had what they told us the bill would be Plus the taxes when we had made The reservation .
    (They lied)

  4. I get daily calls from these fucking scammers. It's so annoying and I dont know how to stop it. Already called the hotel but they still keep calling me even though they said they removed my number which I never even been there before in my life.

  5. Good to know, I'm going to cancel my Marriott Card now! Those fees btw, the will not budge unless the govt intervenes like they are now. I'm glad they're doing something about these crooks!

  6. Another way is to check in under a fake name, phone number and address, use a virtual credit card with a low limit through an online service, and then shut off the virtual card and just walk out of the hotel after your stay without paying the balance. If they can play “the game” so can we.

  7. Wait, so a private Corp is charging fees in exchange for customers using its services, and the gov't is stepping in and saying you can't do that? I, as much as the next gal, don't like to be paying more, but what business is it of the gov't dictating what a private company can charge for its services? The hotel even calls them 'fees', which is pretty self-evident to the consumer that cost is going up. That's a consumer's decision, not big brothers. If customers don't want to go there… don't.

  8. All big hotel chains charge this, they also do the parking fees, by saying if you self park we charge you $15 to 20 a day but we won’t charge that if you use valets, which costs way more, because most people will leave several times a day to shop, eat, go to sites, etc. and tipping the valet each time when you leave and return.

  9. Oh yeah, don't forget about key fee, elevator fee, conditioner fee. Also greeting fee, security fee and also fee fee, cuz it takes time and paper to list all these fees for you.
