We need congress to adopt a new law that forbids birds from migrating south during the September years. These stupid birds need to know that global warming has changed the seasons now and they need to migrate in October and not September. Plus the world economy needs open airspace. I hope the house can come together and pass this law immediately!

Only one engine was affected. There was no danger. If both engines were affected, the situation would have been much more grim

Compressor stall. Not a fire. Bird did screw up the compressor section, but not a fire. Kinda like a backfire on a car.

Wtf you would scream fire is not even appropriate to say it there are people have heart disease that could put the entire situation even more dangerous plus the pilot have their own strategy if the plain is going to crush and they'll tell right the way if they need to have an emergency landing

As long as 1 engine is still operating you really shouldn’t have much to fear. Almost all passenger airplanes are built to continue flying on 1 engine.
And even if the plane is going at fast speeds and both engines go out it still has roughly 30 minutes to glide and find a suitable airport to land
they need to stop flying us around with this old school tech and start using the flying saucer tech to get us from point a to point be. we know ya have the technology. stop being a tight ass with it.
