Police recover nearly 400 guns stolen from UPS facility in Tennessee



Hundreds of guns that were stolen from a United Parcel Service distribution facility in Tennessee were recovered Tuesday in the Chicago area, federal authorities said. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said most of the 367 guns taken from a UPS facility in Memphis were found in Midlothian, a Chicago suburb.

  1. Anyone think this is new? It’s not, you’re only hearing about it now because of the excessive number of guns involved. The truth is thousands of individual firearms are sent through FedEx UPS and the Postal Service everyday and many do go missing. But you’re never going to hear about one gun, let alone how frequently it’s happening.

    Gun Control and Security is as much an industry issue as it is a gun ownership issue and everyone needs to start taking it more seriously.

  2. Wow so these guns were stolen and found in the liberal utopia Chicago? But but I thought criminals bought their guns legally in other states using the "gun show loophole"?
