  1. If I were her boyfriend, the perp would be praying I got security/police involved. He'd see these hands way before authorities arrived.

  2. A crime, yes. Rape, no. This was straight-out fraud and identity theft. We hear the same story quite often involving twins. The compensation award should be huge, and include at least some prison time and sexual predator status.

  3. I understand what she means.. there been so many times I been in a deep sleep and my boyfriend jumps in bed and I never open my eyes.. I just like sleep as he gets his… but that’s my boyfriend I trust and have dated for over 10 years ..

  4. She lost the trial because she was found to have consented 100%, not because of some loop hole🤣 it was easier for her to lie about getting rape then it was to admitt she was cheating,

  5. Here comes the female hating alt-right white boy virgins bashing this victim. I swear, every fucking video about rape or women, the incels come in droves and attack women because they can’t get laid.

  6. Why would her boyfriend get out of bed and go to her dorm to sleep if she was asleep in his bed? That doesn't make any sense to me.

  7. Kirk freeman and Grant and his family are disgusting people. They're defending a rapist and his actions. Saying this case shouldn't use to push a political agenda, is messed up of them. He knew what he was.doing and knew it was wrong.

  8. It’s disgusting that people are saying she HAD to know it was someone else. Y’all ever been hit from the side ? If she was half asleep how would she ever expect to wake up next to anyone but her boyfriend both could’ve been similar and nobody could ever expect something like that to happen.

  9. Do They Both Have The Same Sized DI*K?!?!? Body Smell, Body Mass, Facial & Head Hair??? I Mean How Could She Not Tell???

Most Probably The Boyfriend Set Her Up, The Dude That ** Her Is Guilty Or She's Lying!!! At The End Of The Day, One Is Telling The Truth! While The Other Is Lying!!!

  10. Its your fault alright … look to Jesus and you will be healed … look not and you will not. Adultery and sex before marriage is just looking with lust, and your sin WILL AND HAS taken her to place she opened the door to when SHE KNOW NOT Jesus Christ. Turn to the Bible and you will be healed and saved more importantly‼☺ God bless you during this time by faith in Jesus Christ.

  11. Something's strange about this case. Feels like we are all missing an important piece of information but I just can't figure out what it is.
Like obviously the lawyers and parents could have forced the kids to change their stories for the court because that actually happens a lot. Parents try to save face or kids try to save their reputation.
Now that I think about it, why did no one walk her back to her dorm? Also, how did the boyfriend end up in her dorm room? Alcohol, drugs, anything that could have impaired decision making involved?

  12. These people who’s saying she should’ve known and that she wasn’t raped. Rape by deception is a real thing and he should be charged. Just like when a person consents to have sex with a person and the other person knowingly has hiv or a std. They didn’t consent to that. While I believe people should wrap up, unprotected sex does happen.

  13. She should have dumped her boyfriend since the boyfriend didn't stand up to her and attack that guy who raped her, that guy which I understand is a friend to the boyfriend.
Anyway, she's a brave and strong woman for speaking out and she deserves justice.
