As reporters you HAVE a responsibility to report CORRECT information. Bahamians ARE ONLY required to have US visa if the are entering the United States from an island that DOESNOT have US preclearance. Bahamians can travel to the US With a valid passport and a clean Police Character Certificate.

Of course USA has the right to accept whoever they want . And to request legal documents to do so . There are already illegal people living at the Bahamas . Mostly Haitians living without legal permits .

Some people just don’t know tradgedy and have always had their needs met, Just think of yourself in the Abaco where all was destroyed and you survived, it could happen to any of us. If not by storm or water, by fire, by tornado, by earthquake, a disaster is just that disaster and people need help. How in the hell you gonna get documentation in a damn storm, y’all need to quit it. And yes I’m upset about it.
