U.S.-China trade talks extended through Wednesday



Trade talks between the U.S. and China will continue for a third day Wednesday, one day longer than expected. This is the first time the two countries are meeting for negotiations since the 90-day trade truce was announced December 1. Washington Post global economics correspondent David Lynch joined CBSN with more.

  1. Look at Trump's face. How absurd! China knows they are dealing with an idiot. They know that there is no way they can trust that he will live up to any agreement. He never has, and history tends to repeat itself when lessons aren't learned. And Trump isn't what you'd call open to learning.

  2. interesting, did Kim join the talks too? LOL. Guess this is why they held the talks "always" in China. hahaha. Fake trade war and fake talks. Oh, there will be new articles advocating Trump's trade war "works" again! A famous CCP's spokesperson precisely predicted the trade/tariff war a year ago before it really started. And just before that, CCP got a big contract of special steel from the US military just after Trump got his $700 billion military budget passed by Congress. Obviously, the special steel contract isn't only for arms manufacture but also for Trump's the biggest arms deal in humankind's history.
