The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Mark Burton. Mark was last seen November 5, 2023, at 10:00 am on the 11xx block of W. Girard Ave.
Mark 68-years-old, is 6’1â€Â, 140 lbs., thin build, gray short hair and was last seen wearing a black and white hooded sweatshirt and white sneakers.
