Missing Juvenile Arwiya Naifer from the 35th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Arwiya Naifer. Arwiya was last seen October 25, 2025, at 3:39PM, at Adams and Roosevelt Blvd.
Mekhi is 15 years-of-age, 5’2″, 120lbs., wearing a black sweat shirt, black sweat pants and black on black Nike sneakers.
