Missing Juvenile Chloe Combs from the 35th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Chloe Combs. Chloe, who is 14 years old, was last seen on November 28, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., leaving her grandmother’s residence on the 5700 block of North 7th Street.
She is 5’2” tall, weighing 109 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. At the time she was last seen, Chloe was wearing black leggings, a black shirt, a red hoodie, and black Adidas sneakers.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Northwest Detective Division.
