Missing Juvenile Eladio Barbosa from the 24th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Eladio Barbosa. Eladio was last seen November 6, 2025, at 3:30PM, on the 31xx block of Custer St.
Eladio is 12 years-of-age, and was last seen wearing a gray jacket and black pants.
