The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Hadeel Tourgok. Hadeel was last seen November 22, 2025, at 6:00PM, on the 53xx block of Wayne Ave.
Hadeel is 17 years-of-age, 5’5”, 90 lbs. Unknown clothing description.
